2003 Chevy Tahoe is a first response vehicle.  It can be used by medics to respond to an emergency scene when a full ambulance crew is not available.  Advanced Life Support (ALS) Technicians may also assist other agencies by responding to neighboring districts that do not have ALS coverage.  Furthermore, the flycar may be used as a command post at incidents with multiple patients.

2000 Road Rescue, Type II.  The rig has a new upgraded RV cut-away E450 chassis , which improves braking, handling, weight capacity, and incorporates front and rear sway bars.  In addition, it has increased head room in the patient compartment, 3 permanent mount oxygen ports, several compartments with outside and inside accessibility, and a 1500 watt power inverter that provides AC power while moving.  It also has upgraded lighting in the patient compartment to improve EMS crews ability to provide patient care.
